Serums, premium actives (Vitamin C, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, etc.), and specialised packaging carry different price points. MOQ & Pricing FAQ
Yes - you can split 5,000+ unit orders across up to 3 SKUs (same formula family). Speak to your account manager to plan your launch portfolio.
Standard HDPE bottles with printed labels are included. Custom glass jars, airless pumps, sachets, or premium printed cartons are available at marginal additional cost.
For standard formats (creams, lotions, serums, gels) - no setup cost. Custom-shaped bottles, jars, or tubes require a one-time mold fee (₹8,000–₹25,000 depending on complexity).
Absolutely. Once you qualify for a tier on your first order, your reorders maintain that pricing as long as order size is maintained. We honor pricing for 6 months on signed contracts.
Standard: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. Enterprise clients (10+ orders history): 30% advance, 70% net-30. Export orders: LC at sight or advance via wire transfer.
